When you contact Cedar Creek C.B.C. about out services, we will first speak with you on the phone and arrange to meet with you in person in order to establish the scope of the work. In most cases we like to visit the site which allows us to incorporate the setting, ground contour, trees, shade and other elements into your customized plan. We will then take a bit of time to develop some ideas and put them down on paper.

We find that some people have a difficult time envisioning how the completed project will look from a plate or "bird's eye view" line drawing. To make things easier we will put our "concept" down on paper in the form of an artist's rendering so that you can get a "feel" for how the finished project will look. In addition we will prepare a plate view so that you can get a proportional feel for the project.

We also have two dimensional scaled mock-ups of typical deck and patio furniture, hot tubs, and picnic tables, etc., which can be placed on the line drawing. We will share a few minutes with you to "model" the furniture layout. This will allow you to confirm that there is sufficient space for your furniture. It will also help determine how furniture arrangement will conflict with traffic patterns and allow us to make the necessary adjustments by changing the size or shape of the deck. Then we will prepare an estimate of the project's cost. When you are satisfied and have provided us with a deposit, we will schedule the project. We believe you will be pleased with this procedure.
